Throughout the trip, we have been very careful not to buy too much, and to keep in mind that very often, we end up needing to walk for miles with everything that we have on our backs (it seems to happen every time we show up in a new city).  This has sometimes been more difficult for Cari.  All through Europe and North Africa, I had to advise, beseech, cajole, demand, and exhort that we hold off buying stuff until we got to Asia.  Sometimes I even freaked out. 

But now, we’ve made it to Singapore.  We’re done with wwoofing.  No more travelling on buses.  So now, we get to do a little shopping.
