This week we went to an alumni event on a boat in Elliot Bay. We talked to some nice people, almost all of whom had lived in Pittsburgh (it was an alumni event) and Boston (it was for computer science and there’s a lot of tech in Boston). The food was also good, but the showstoppers were the sunset and sight of the familiar Port of Seattle cranes up close.
I’m sure I wasn’t the only kid to imagine them as dinosaurs.
