Dd is now a couple weeks past the ripe old age of 2 1/2. He celebrated that milestone by switching over to underwear at daycare and growing enough to meet the requirements for switching his car seat to forward facing. Now he can see traffic lights and the same sights the rest of us see while riding in the car. I am usually the one in the passenger seat and flipping the car seat has elevated my experience from hazardously cramped to luxuriously spacious!
In all seriousness, both kids are more and more capable every week!
