We've vastly improved at making pizza at home, thanks to these pizza racks I found at Grocery Outlet a while ago. Just a few years ago I was forgetting to take the dough out of the fridge to allow time to rise and we were making soggy rectangular pizzas directly on cookie sheets, or trying to move them off the cookie sheet and directly on to the oven rack, with limited success. These pans make it easy.
I've also started making the dough instead of buying it at Trader Joe's and have finally come to understand just how expensive buying pizza from a nice pizza place is, relative to making it at home. Everyone is happy when we make it at home. Dd even says "pizza" now.
