20 years

It was twenty years ago today,

In a moment that I can’t downplay,

That we met in 9th grade English class

And first impressions we did amass

So may I now relate to you

It’s a lot of years to summarize.

Our time together is a prize.

Now we’re deep in the parenting phase

But this union is right always.

So let me tell you once again

You’re the only one that I want
